Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., batteries, hygiene products)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within the next 5 working days.
  • If rejected: We will notify you of the reason for the rejection, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and only the cost of the item itself will be refunded, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@techlootcity.com within the next following day of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within the day of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs associated with the return.
