  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days from the shipment date.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available in select regions. Delivery within 1 business day after processing.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays by the carrier (e.g., weather, holidays, or customs delays for international orders).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination, with typical delivery taking 10-15 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our Track Order page or the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment.

6. Shipping Delays

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 business days so we can assist you in locating the package or processing a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team at support@techlootcity.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

8. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. TechLootCity is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
